"It was great working with Daniel on the purchase of our home in Santa Rosa. Our purchase became very protracted due to the seller, however, Daniel was very persistant and professional in completing the sale in the time frame we needed. He was always available, day or night, and made the purchase smooth sailing."

  • Representing buyers and sellers in land sales
  • Representing buyers in commercial real estate sales

My real estate legal experience has been very helpful in representing my real estate clients and has provided them with an additional benefit.

I am not licensed to practice law in California and I will not and do not give legal advice in the course of my real estate practice.
