"It was great working with Daniel on the purchase of our home in Santa Rosa. Our purchase became very protracted due to the seller, however, Daniel was very persistant and professional in completing the sale in the time frame we needed. He was always available, day or night, and made the purchase smooth sailing."

As an attorney, I have been helping clients with real estate matters since 1973. For thirty years I practiced law and, in the course of my law practice, I dealt with a variety of real estate issues and successfully handled many real estate transactions:

·        Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate sales

·        Representing buyers and sellers in land sales

·        Representing buyers in commercial real estate sales

·        Representing lessors and lessees in commercial real estate leases

·        Drafting and negotiating real estate sales contracts and leases

·        Drafting deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust and other real estate documents

·        Counseling and advising clients on real estate legal matters

·        Litigating real estate legal actions

I began working as a Sonoma County Real Estate Broker in 2002. I have been representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions since then. Ive found that my real estate legal experience has been very helpful in representing my real estate clients. They have received a valuable benefit as a result of my years of experience.

*Note: I represent my clients only in the capacity of a real estate broker focused on Sonoma County real estate, Santa Rosa real estate, Santa Rosa homes and land for sale and wine country real estate. I am not licensed to practice law in California and I will not and do not give legal advice in the course of my real estate practice. Should you need legal advice or representation in a real estate matter, contact a qualified attorney.

·        Drafting real estate contracts, counter offers, addendums etc.: I know what to put in, what to leave out and what can happen if you get it wrong.

·        Negotiating:  I know the techniques for successful negotiations and have worked through countless negotiations with excellent results.

·        Working with the other side: I can deal with the other broker and his client effectively, promote your interests and, at the same time, keep matters professional and cordial.

·        Working with my clients: I want to help you resolve your real estate issues, not just sell you a house. In addition to being a real estate broker and an attorney, I am an executive coach and a decision consultant. Your particular needs and wants are very important to me.
